QA/QC- Temple, TX 

We are looking for a work-ready QC/QA and an SSHO, must be familiar with CQM and EM385-1-1. Pay is depending on experience.

 

QA/QC- Temple, TX

The Quality Control & SSHO Manager ensures the quality of the site installations is consistent with the company’s policy requirements together with national and international standards and the customer’s specifications.

  • Implement the QA/QC management system at the site
  • Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all non-destructive testing on site
  • Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters
  • Coordinate all receipt inspections
  • Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors
  • Verify that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
  • Participate in the site internal and external site audits
  • Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors
  • Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer
  • Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
  • Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses
  • Review the customers’ specifications and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector
  • Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
  • Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submittals to the customer
  • Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project’s subcontractors QC personnel
  • Elaborating inspection and test programs
  • Ensure the safety is adhered to at the site
  • Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are the current status
  • Must be familiar with CQM and EM385-1-1.
  • Must have strong communication and people skills

Work experience Requirements

QCM/SSHO at least 5 years consecutively

Skill Requirements & Certifications

Current QCM

Meet EM-385-1-1 training requirements

OSHA 30

Competent Person training

Familiar with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook

RMS is a plus

Production Supervisor – Haltom City, TX

We are looking for a Production Supervisor, with experience in metal fabrication and machining. Familiarity with AS9100D and manufacturing practices. Pay is depending on experience.

Production Supervisor - Haltom City, TX

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for all production workflow running smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring processes to deliver high‐quality
products in the most profitable manner.

Production Tracking

  • Track jobs key performance indicators
  • Estimate and communicate the completion date of projects

 

Resource Management

  • Assign personnel to tasks according to scheduled completion dates of projects
  • Assist in assigning machine resources to projects
  • Move and stage materials according to operations due next in production
  • Monitor raw material, hardware, and component inventory levels and report to Ops. Manager/Purchasing
  • Monitor tooling and consumable needs and report to Ops. Manager/Purchasing

 

AS9100D

  • Ensure all inspections are completed during manufacturing by QC and recorded (From First Article to Final
    Inspection)
  • Ensure all operations carried out have associated work orders/travelers accompanying the project
  • Ensure all traceability is kept for all raw material
  • Ensure housekeeping practices are being carried out by personnel

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Metal Fabrication & Machining: 5+ years

Supervisor Role: 2+ years

SKILL REQUIREMENTS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing practices
  • Understanding of basic welding/fitting practices
  • Goal oriented
  • Ability to direct and drive personnel to meet production deadlines
  • Ability to communicate expectations to personnel
  • Able to multi‐task and react in a fast‐paced environment (wear multiple hats, adapt to change fast)

6S/ Lean manufacturing knowledge- plus
